This month, I’m excited to celebrate someone who is truly shining in our industry—Andrea Anderson!
I had the privilege of hearing Andrea speak at WIA and then spending some time chatting with her afterward. I walked away so impressed by her authenticity, her ability to genuinely connect with people, and the smart, intentional way she’s building her business. Andrea is proving that you don’t always have to work harder—you can work smarter while staying true to who you are.
Her approach to using social media to educate, connect, and create trust is inspiring, and it’s paying off in incredible ways.

Andrea Anderson | Andrews Cadillac, Brentwood, TN
Andrea entered the automotive industry in 2012 because of a bet with her dad—and she’s never looked back.
She has earned the distinction of being a Cadillac Top 100 Sales Consultant every year from 2022–2025. In May 2025, she launched Andrea Sells Cadillac on social media with a mission to make the car-buying experience more transparent, approachable, and relatable. Since then, she has built an engaged online community while continuing to sell vehicles full-time—now working Monday through Friday thanks to the business generated through her videos.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Andrea is a devoted wife, the proud mom of a 7-year-old son, and someone courageously living with bladder cancer. Her resilience is inspiring, and she reminds us that gratitude and growth often come from embracing life’s hardest challenges.

Michelle Stoner works at Edmunds and has built her career across cable television, radio, and digital advertising, helping businesses connect with customers through smart marketing strategies and creative solutions.
When she's not working with dealers and advertising partners, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and discovering new places.
She also proudly holds the title of official manager of her dog's TikTok account, where content creation, audience engagement, and treat-based compensation are all part of the job description.
In all seriousness, Michelle has shown everyone around her what it looks like to lead with kindness, creativity, and passion. She's naturally curious, always looking for better ways to solve problems, support others, and make a positive impact. Whether she's helping a client, encouraging a teammate, or bringing a new idea to life, Michelle does it with authenticity and enthusiasm.
